As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and clinic settings. You’ll work closely under the supervision of a BCBA, receiving regular performance feedback and support. We also offer opportunities for training reimbursement and career advancement for those pursuing long-term growth in the field.
Our Behavior Analysts (BCBAs and BCaBAs) lead the development of individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs. They collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care for each child.

We put children and families first, delivering personalized ABA therapy that leads to meaningful progress.
Our team environment is collaborative, respectful, and built on compassion—for clients and coworkers alike.
From RBT training to BCBA mentorship, we offer career ladders, continuing education, and supervision toward certifications.
We offer industry-competitive wages, healthcare options, PTO, and retirement plans to support your future.
Whether you prefer full-time or part-time, school-based or clinic-based work, we support a healthy work-life balance.
Work close to home and make a difference in your Florida community, one child and one family at a time.
